Emmaus Gloucestershire seeks new Trustees

  • Whether you're an experienced Trustee or wanting to take your first step at board level we want to hear from you. Emmaus Gloucestershire supports formerly homeless people by giving them a home, meaningful volunteering in a social enterprise and an opportunity to get themselves back on their feet again. Alongside the usual duties of a trustee – including giving long term strategic direction to the charity, setting overall policy, ensuring effective and efficient administration and financial stability.

Gloucestershire Nightstop seeks Honorary Treasurer to Board of Trustees/Directors

  • We are a small but growing charity at a pivotal moment in our evolution. We turned 21 this year and want to make a lasting impact for homeless young people. We are looking for some one to take on the role. As well as embedding our core services, we are developing new services and launching our research and partnership programme using collaboration to face the challenges to housing justice for young people. You will oversee all financial aspects of the charity, on behalf of the board of trustees, to evaluate our financial position and associated risks and assist the chair and the Executive Director (ED) in ensuring that the board of trustees fulfils its duties and responsibilities for the proper financial governance of the charity.  

Cirencester Opportunity Group seeks Trustee

  • We wish to recruit individuals to join our motivated Board of Trustees, to volunteer their time, knowledge, and skills, to support us in achieving our vision of creating positive beginnings for young children and families. As a Trustee of Cirencester Opportunity Group, you would become part of an organisation that was originally started by a small, passionate, and determined group of parents and professionals in 1973. A small group that has grown from strength to strength over the past 50 years and now works with over 80 families each year. We are the only group of its kind in Cirencester and the surrounding area, and we are so proud that we make a lasting and real difference to the lives of vulnerable children and their families.
