This webinar will enable your trustees to understand their responsibilities when handling grievances. It will cover:

• The Trustee role in conducting objective grievance hearings
• How to follow the correct steps and procedures to ensure you are technically correct
• How to ensure your process covers all that is reasonably practicable
• How to distinguish the facts from emotion when receiving a grievance
• How to deal with issues with empathy, whilst staying on track to work towards resolution
• How to consider the wellbeing of the employee
• Learning from the findings
