Course overview
This session will develop learning and understanding of Cultural and Religious practices which works as a foundation to develop embedded relationships that are supportive of the design and delivery of projects, programmes and interventions. There will new learning experiences blended with lived experience to give a practical lens to the session.
The focus of the session with be an overview on the following:
- Language & Terminology
- Faith, Theology and Culture
- Organisational development needs & practice
This is a short 2.5-hour taster delivered by Focal Elements.
