About Sophia Moreau
Sophia is a multi-award-winning expert in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Leadership and Governance, named Campaigner of the Year at the Burberry British Diversity Awards 2022 and a Charity Times Leader to Watch in 2023. Her values-driven, evidence-based approach helps organisations become more inclusive, compliant, and effective.
Sophia works as an advisor, trainer, interim leader, auditor, and strategist, specialising in equitable organisational development. She has authored the guide How to Diversify Your Board (2022) and serves as a trustee for the disabled children’s legal charity SOS!SEN.
