We're delighted to announce the launch our 6 month (fully funded) leadership, enterprise and professional development programme for VCSE sector groups & organisations in Gloucestershire.
Building on the success of our summer 2023 programme, Gloucestershire VCS Alliance continues to develop the skills and opportunities for the sector. Our latest innovative programme for 2024 recognises the need to become sustainable and specifically the role leadership plays in this.
About the programme
Ten individuals will have the opportunity to complete a fully funded six month programme of professional development. It will compromise six full-days of teaching at the Gloucestershire Business School, made up of directed learning and group work specifically designed for VCSE sector groups/organisations. Attendees will also benefit from being part of a bespoke peer to peer community, access to University of Gloucestershire student consultancy, and additional business support and workshops.
