Trustees' Week runs from 4 to 8 November this year.
This year's theme is celebrating, supporting and inspiring trustees. We've put together a list of seven free things that you can do now in preperation:
- Share our free to stream Charities Act (2022) webinar with your trustees and wider team.
- Browse through current trustee vacancies in the county and become a trustee for a local group & organisation. These are listed at the bottom of our 'Job Vacancies' news post each week.
- Upload your trustee vacancies to Go Volunteer Glos (the free online volunteering platform in Gloucestershire).
- Book your place on the NCVO Trustees' Week event on 5 November (where they will launch their trustee recruitment and retention report).
- Book your place on NCVO’s Accessible Governance: How to Strengthen your Board Webinar on 8 November.
- Tune into Third Sector’s The secret to a successful CEO-chair relationship podcast.
- Head over to the resources section on our website for links to free toolkits, useful information and more.
