We're pleased to announce fully funded Mental Health Aware training for the VCSE sector in Gloucestershire.
This introductory course raises awareness of mental health and is for VCSE sector groups & organisations delivering services in Gloucestershire.
We are able to offer groups/organisations a maximum of two places on either of the dates below:

Please note: Both courses are the same, please only book a place on one of the above courses. Spaces are limited on each session and will be filled on a first come first served basis. Course information
This course will explore:
- What mental health is and how to challenge stigma
- Some common mental health issues
- How to support someone who may be experiencing mental ill health
- Ways to look after your own mental health and support wellbeing
Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided. This course will be delivered by Mental Health First Aid accredited trainers.
