Training aimed at upskilling front line professionals to recognise and engage with perpetrators of Domestic Abuse is now avaliable in Gloucestershire.

Earlier this year Gloucestershire OPCC successfully bid for funding via the Home Office Domestic Abuse Perpetrator Fund. Following a competitive process, they have awarded The Hampton Trust as their partner to deliver this training.

About the training

The training aims to provide a wide range of multi-agency professionals with the tools they need to identify, explore and engage domestic abuse perpetrators so they can be successfully referred on to specialist local services. The DARE toolkit training is CPD accredited and consists of three online compulsory half-day workshops over a three-week period.

More information, what to expect, booking links and dates are available via the DARE Training Flyer.

Additional information

For those who attend the 3 half day workshops and seek to further embed this learning within your own organisation, a limited number of Train the Trainer places will be available.
