Help Carers UK raise awareness of Unpaid Carers on Carers Rights Day

Every November Carers UK raise awareness of Unpaid Carers on Carers Rights Day.  This year, Carer's Rights Day is on 23 November.

Gloucestershire Carer's Hub (GCH) is keen to involve both professionals and Carers in their planning of a series of events they will be organising for Carer's Rights Day 2023. This is to ensure they are raising the profile of Unpaid Carers in Gloucestershire, and that Carers have the opportunity to increase their knowledge of their rights both locally and nationally.

With this in mind, GCH would like to invite groups/organisations across the county to be part of their Carers Rights events planning. This is a great opportunity not only to shape the offer GCH will be providing during the week, but also to celebrate their collaborative working with groups/organisations across the county.

NHS Bus Tour

Prior to Carers Rights Day, GCH will be touring the Cotswolds and Forest of Dean on the NHS Info Bus to raise awareness of Carers Rights Day and engage with Carers from various locations. The bus will be manned from 9.30am – 3.30pm at most locations.

21st November – Lechlade Community Centre
