Data & Insight

Gloucestershire VCS Alliance members can receive a 20% discount* on annual licence fees for the Upshot system.

Upshot is a Community Interest Company that helps organisations who make a difference become more insight-led. Using a MEL (Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning) approach, they provide an easy-to-use online system for funders and deliverers to monitor, evaluate and learn from their data. Upshot also offers additional capacity-building services around MEL workshops, development of Theory of Changes and data visualisation.  

 * Terms and conditions:

• Discounts are for organisations with a turnover lower than £500k pa – those with over £500K ATO would pay the full licence fee based on our cost structure which takes into account the size of the organisation and how many projects they would like to have.
• If an organisation is already eligible for a discount, by being a member of another Upshot partnership (for example: Sported) – only 1 discount will apply.
• Organisations who already have a licence in place are not eligible to change to a discounted licence.  
• Organisations who are themselves membership organisations are not eligible - we would be happy to discuss separate licence arrangements for them. 

Graphic Design & Website Development

Gloucestershire VCS Alliance members can receive preferential rates and discounts for website build and graphic design services.

Insurance

Gloucestershire VCS Alliance members can receive up to £25 discount for their first year and support from a dedicated locally based consultant, Daniel Bannister. Endsleigh insurance is designed to make life easier for your charity, community group, social enterprise or not-for-profit organisation.

Gloucestershire VCS Alliance members can receive the below support package he Support Package we are offering will include as standard –

The above packaged ususally costs £39 per user per month + VAT for charities, Gloucestershire VCS Alliance members receive a reduced rate of  £35 per user per month (+VAT).

Please note: licences are part of the above package and would need to be reviewed and quoted for on a case-by-case basis. For example charities can have up to 10 Microsoft 365 business premium licences free of charge so depending on their size, there could be no cost. Charities can also have as many Microsoft basic licences as they need free of charge. Adobe reader is free to anyone. Other Adobe programmes will have charity charges available.

Gloucestershire VCS Alliance members can receive the following discounts on Health & Safety and Employment Law Services:

• 27.5% on a Single Service Agreement (Health & Safety or HR)
• 30% on a Combined Agreement (Health & Safety and HR)

Gloucestershire VCS Alliance members can receive a 30% discount when advertising paid roles on the GlosJobs website.

Wellbeing

Gloucestershire VCS Alliance members can recieve 50% below the standard rate or 25% below where an activity is £20 or more at the Isbourne Wellbeing Centre.
