Free 1-2-1 Funding Clinic Sessions with dp Consulting
We know funding remains the biggest challenge for VCSE organisations across Gloucestershire. The funding landscape is getting tougher, with greater competition and stricter criteria, and many organisations lack the capacity (and sometimes experience) needed to secure sustainable income.
We've recently been working with Deborah Potts from dp consulting (previous CEO of The Music Works and Active Gloucestershire who has personally raised over £25 million throughout her career) to explore ways we can help. We're launching a pilot, running from September 2025 to March 2026, to test different approaches to income generation support and scale up what works.
We're kicking off with one-to-one funding advice sessions. These are free-of-charge and designed to help with:
· Developing your funding strategy
· Finding the right funding opportunities for your organisation
· Improving your bids and applications
· Creating policies like reserves and fundraising strategies
· General income generation support
Sessions last 1-2 hours and are available online (or face-to-face if needed). We'll run four sessions each month, so spaces are limited.
