Gloucestershire Disability Fund

Funding amount and term: up to £1,000 for individuals and £2,500 for organisations. 
Funding for: people of any age with a special or exceptional need arising from having a disability to help them navigate life’s challenges. 
Who can apply: charitable non-profit organisations or groups supporting people living with a physical, sensory or learning disability. 
Funding priorities: as above. 
Any other information: all applications for disability equipment must be supported by an assessment of need and suitability prepared by a qualified education, health or social care professional.
